Silver oversees the Quarantine Division. The Quarantine Division is solely responsible for safeguarding the RMI from unwanted pests and diseases. The Quarantine Division is currently focusing on sanitation operations to contain the CRB incursion on Majuro to prevent further spread to the outer islands.
