Kennedy Kaneko is the National Invasive Species Coordinator for the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) Northern Pacific Sub-Regional Office in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands. Kennedy holds his Associates of Science in Education, and he is currently working towards his Bachelorʻs degree at the College of the Marshall Islands. He was formerly an extension agent at the College of the Marshall Islands as well as a consultant researcher for the International Organization for Migration, and was a disaster response and first aid instructor for Marshall Islands Red Cross Society. Kennedy also spent three years teaching at primary schools in the RMI public school system, prior to his current position.
