Élyse Larsen

Elyse Larsen serves as program manager and liaison between the PI-CASC University Consortium and its federal partners located in Hawaii. In addition, she oversees all aspects of pre-award submissions for the University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program. She provides guidance and interpretation of agency and programmatic policies and procedures to principal investigators and project personnel related to applications, reports, and other documents. She loves to challenge herself to learn and improve so that she continues to deliver high caliber work. In her free time, Élyse enjoys swimming and traveling with her husband.
