Call for abstracts: UOG CLASS Annual Research Conference

University of Guam’s 46th Annual Research Conference, which will be held in March, is now accepting proposals. Academics, artists, activists, and students engaged in scholarly and creative work in all disciplines are invited to submit abstracts of their work relating to the conference theme. Presentations of papers, posters, exhibits, panels, forums, and workshops are all welcome.

About the conference:

The conference theme is “Tapestries of Resilience: Securing Our Island Communities.” It will be held on March 7, 2025, and will highlight the intricate ways island communities weave together approaches to security in comprehensive and multifaceted ways. Topics include Food security, climate change, delicate ecosystems, affordable housing, economic inequality, health, military security, culture, history, identity, education, and more.
