Ihilani graduated last month from the UH Hilo with a master’s of science degree. She worked with Dr. Tracy Wiegner on a project that grew from a community’s concern about sewage pollution off the Kailua-Kona shoreline. We caught up with Ihilani about her project, graduation, and what’s next.
