Resources for restoration and using the RAD framework
North Central RISCC is sharing several broadly applicable products, centered on the RAD framework and restoration work that might be of interest to the climate community.
First, they released a short summary document called “The RAD Framework to address Ecological Transformations” that is intended for land and resource managers. Find it at the NC RISCC website.
NC RISCC also has three recent research summaries about previously published but still relevant scientific papers:
- A science agenda to inform natural resource management decisions in an era of ecological transformation by Crausbay et al (2022)
- Managing for RADical ecosystem change: Applying the Resist-Accept-Direct (RAD) framework by Lynch et al (2021)
- Assessing the value of potential “native winners” for restoration of cheatgrass-invaded habitat by Barak et al (2015)
